Abstract:
A 67-year-old man with prostate adenocarcinoma underwent Ga-68-labeled prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) ligand PET/CT for restaging due to a rising prostate-specific antigen level. Local recurrence in the prostatic region and a metastasis in the left iliac bone were detected showing high PSMA expression. A mass lesion was seen in the left orbitofrontal region with high Ga-68 PSMA uptake. The successive MRI confirmed that the lesion was consistent with meningioma.
