dc.description.abstract Conclusion: The results suggest that the prevalence of OCD among a group of outpatients who are in treatment for epilepsy, especially temporal lobe focus, is relatively higher than the prevalence in the community. Although, the symptomatology of obsessions and compulsions seems to be similar between the epilepsy patients and general OCD patients, there is a need for controlled studies with larger sample sizes.
