dc.description.abstract |
As a result, it was presented clearly that how the analysed parameters have affected the activated carbon properties and the optimum conditions for producing activated carbons which can be obtained as the result of the chemical application of chosen raw material with ZnCl2 in the atmosphere of nitrogen. Because the Ag particles block the pores of AC, the BET surface area, total pore volume and average pore diameter of the AC2/Ag samples decreased as the concentration of the AgNO3 solution increased.
