That is wyh the problem of youth's is the problem of society's. In order to reach the more balanced, harmonious and healtful society, the problems of High Education Youth's were dealth with as a whole. The right solution can be obtained with realistic research. In this definite study condition confirm was maked relying on sample to search how youth exhibit attitude toward democracy and its principles. Some varieties are used: youth's basic science fields, gender, habitat, social-economic conditions of families, the education level of parents, the pattern of making decision in family. According to the questionnaire results, majority of the youth declarated positive impressions about democracy and democratic principles."
