dc.description.abstract	The present study aims to determine the transformation of public finance by analyzing 330 articles which were published in Maliye Dergisi between the years 2007-2016 through bibliometric analysis. Furthermore, the studies which were published in Maliye Dergisi which has an important place in the Turkish public finance will be evaluated in terms of different variables as a result of the analysis. The most interesting result of the study is the increase of empirical studies in the field of public finance in the recent years.
