dc.description.abstract Using the multiconfiguration Hartree-Fock and multiconfiguration Dirac-Fock methods, we calculated the energy levels, electric dipole (E1), electric quadrupole (E2), and magnetic dipole (M1) transition parameters, such as the wavelengths, oscillator strengths, and transition probabilities, between some low-lying levels in four times ionized protactinium (Pa V, Z = 91). We compared the results with other works in the available literature.
