This thesis develops a mathematical programming framework using a two-stage stochastic model to address pricing optimization under uncertainty. By integrating theoretical and practical elements, this research aims to enhance decision-making efficiency in complex and uncertain market environments. The primary objective of this study is to validate a mathematical framework that integrates stochastic demand modeling, flexible decision-making, and a two-stage structure. Stochastic demand modeling captures demand fluctuations using probabilistic methods, while flexible decision-making emphasizes adaptive strategies under uncertainty. The two-stage structure enables the separation of strategic (long-term) and tactical (short-term) decisions, offering a more effective pricing process. By bridging the gap between theoretical pricing models and practical applications, this research presents actionable strategies for firms to mitigate risks arising from market uncertainties while enhancing profitability. The methodological approach relies on advanced stochastic programming principles, systematically structuring the proposed two-stage stochastic model.
