dc.description.abstract In 1932 Agnew [1] introduced the concept of deferred Cesaro means. Taking inspiration from this new approach, in this paper we introduce deferred asymptotically equivalent sequences using statistical convergence and prove some important results. This will be accomplished through a series of regularity type theorems.
