GELENEĞİN GELECEĞE AKTARIMINDA EVLİLİK ÖNCESİ ÂDETLER: BURSA ŞEHRİ KINA GECESİ TAVUK ALMA ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Toplumların kuşaktan kuşağa aktararak oluşturdukları âdetleri vardır. Bu âdetler yüzyıllardır bir arada yaşayan toplumların farkındalık ve birlikteliklerinin sembolleri olup, her ortamda ve koşulda değişikliğe uğrasa da devam ettirdikleri davranış bütünleridir. Bu kapsamda Anadolu’da Türk halkının temeli olan evlilik birlikteliklerinin başlangıcı olan düğünlerde de uyguladıkları âdetler söz konusudur. Bu âdetler Anadolu’nun her yöresinde ve şehrinde o bölgenin kültürüne bağlı olarak farklı detaylar barındırmaktadır. Bursa şehrinde de bu uygulamalar görülmektedir. Çalışmada Bursa şehri örneğinde düğün törenleri sırasında kına gecesinde uygulanan tavuk alma âdeti ele alınacaktır. Bu konuyu ele almadaki amaç bu âdetin kuşaktan kuşağa Anadolu’da uygulanıyor olmasını vurgulamaktır. Çalışmada bu durumun aynı zamanda Bursa şehrinin özelliklerinin de etkili olduğu belirtilecektir. Sonuç olarak, Anadolu’nun kadim kültürü ve geleneklerinin gelecek nesillere aktarılmasında bu tür âdetlerin yaşatılması gerektiğine varılmıştır. Çalışmada ele alınan ritüelle ilgili veriler görüşme yöntemi ile derlenmiştir. Bu yöntemin tercih edilmesinin nedeni sosyal olayların kendine özgü koşullar içinde oluşmasıdır. Çalışma sonucu elde edilen bulgular yorumlama yöntemi kullanılarak değerlendirilecektir.

All societies have customs within the frame of traditions they formed by handing down from_x000D_ generation to generation. These customs are symbols of togetherness and awareness of societies who_x000D_ have been living together for centuries. They are sets of behaviours maintained even if their_x000D_ particulars change over time. Weddings are the beginning of marriage, which is essential for Turkish_x000D_ people. The Turkish people in Anatolia have also wedding customs that include a variety of details_x000D_ depending on the culture of each district and province of Anatolia. These practices are also seen in_x000D_ Bursa. This study examines the chicken feasting tradition performed after henna nights in Bursa. The_x000D_ aim of handling this subject is to emphasize that this tradition is still performed in the province of_x000D_ Bursa and being handed down from generation to generation. This study determines that the features_x000D_ of Bursa are effective in this continuity. These kinds of customs should be kept alive to hand down the_x000D_ ancient culture of Anatolia from generation to generation. Since this is a qualitative study, references_x000D_ were evaluated using compilation because social events occur in their own specific conditions. The_x000D_ study findings will be subjected to interpretative analysis.
