Maden İşyerlerinde Çalışma Süreleri ve Fazla Çalışma

Abstract

Türk iş hukuku sisteminde işçilerin normal ve fazla çalışma süreleri ve karşılığı önemli yer tutmakta ve çeşitli yasalara konu olmaktadır. Bunlardan birisi de madencilik sektörü olup, 4857 sayılı İş Kanununa tabi çalışmaları içerir. Anılan Yasanın genel sistemi, ülkemizde madencilik sektöründe yaşanan can kayıpları ve çalışma koşulları dikkate alınarak, çalışma süreleri 10.09.2014 tarihli ve 6552 sayılı Kanunla madencilik alanında oldukça değiştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada da söz konusu değişiklikler incelenip sunulmaya çalışılmıştır.

In Turkish Labour Law system, the normal and over working time of a worker and the counter value of such working take an important place and is also subject of diverse laws. One of them is the mining sector and contains the works subjected to the Labour Code no.4857. By taking into account the loss of lives and the working conditions in the mining field of our country the general system of the stated law and the working times have been notably changed by the amendment Law dated 10.09.2014 and no.6552. In this study, it is tried to examine and present the stated amendments.
